2 cups Lilly flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
6 tablespoons Crisco
1 cup buttermilk
This one is messy I say it’s best to mix this entirely by hand.
-mix dry ingredients
-mix in Crisco till the size of small peas
-mix in buttermilk
-coat dough with flour and roll out.
-fold just enough to slightly layer (flaky layers)
Cut 1+ inch think place just touching
Bake 450 10-12 minutes
Once you have put them in your serving dish put them in your oven turned down to 170 degrees
double for 2 loafs
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cup milk heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 slices Pound cake 16 for doubled
Mix all ingredients then dredge sliced cake cook in skillet with butter on medium heat till golden brown, flip them and brown the other side. Store in the oven on warm (biscuits will be done by then) so completed projects can just hang out in the oven till you’re ready to serve.
1 pound Spicy hot sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups heavy cream
black pepper to taste
Whisk flour 2 tablespoons saved grease pepper and cream together on medium heat till thick add browned broken up sausage. If it gets to thick don’t manic!! Just add more cream SLOWLY. It’s seriously that easy! Put it in a covered bowl and in the oven it goes with the others
Pumpkin custard with orange whip:
(Make the day before so the flavors can set in)
1 can pumpkin purée
1/2 can sweeten condensed milk
1 block cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice
2 cups whipping cream
3 tablespoons powder sugar
The shells you can get at any grocery store
2 boxes filo dough shells
Mix pumpkin, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk and spices on high till smooth. Fill shells, refrigerate.
On high mix
2 cups whip
2 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons powder sugar
mix till smooth and stiff
Don’t be afraid to pipe the whip! Pipe down i will explain how easy it is

Cut a small corner off the bag drop in the pipe, fill with whip and you are done!
Any fine grade grater will give you the shaving from the orange to put on top
(Make a day or two ahead to save your sanity!)
2 loaf pans
2 Sticks unsalted butter
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups swans flour
6 large eggs beaten and set aside
½ pint / I cup heavy whipping cream whipped till stuff and set aside
-Mix the butter and sugar till smooth

BAKE @ 325 F DEGREES for 1 hour 15 minutes
-remove from oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes
-remove from the pan and foil wrap lightly.

Mix with a fork
On medium heat cook constantly moving spatula on the bottom until they begin to dry and start fluffing up
Place in a covered bowl and into the oven it goes with everything else!!
